Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping costs back to our warehouse or returns agent are fully paid by the customer and are non-refundable if a refund is approved. We are forced to take such a measure due to the fact that delivery is completely free almost all over the world. The cost of shipping back to our warehouse will be deducted from the amount refunded to your bank account.


Damages and issues

On the rare occasion that your item is delivered to you damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will ship you a replacement immediately. It's on us, you will not be subject to a restocking fee or additional shipping charge.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please notice that customer is fully responsible for specifying correct and complete shipping address. We don't offer refunds & returns if you provided an incorrect address or did not receive the package on time and it was sent back. 

Since the refund has been issued, your bank can process the payment up to 5 business days.
